GENERAL INFORMATION

Two bedroom units have great room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, eat in kitchen, laundry room and 2 car garage.  

Three bedroom units have additional bedroom, sitting area, bath and walk in attic on second floor.  

Some units have fences around the patio.                                                                                       

Maintenance fees are determined by square footage of unit.

Monthly maintenance fees cover water, outside maintenance of yards, plants, trees, roads, roofs, building outside drywall, gutters and snow removal.

Semi-monthly meetings and scheduled events are held at the clubhouse as well as a monthly book club.   The clubhouse can also be rented for resident gatherings for a small fee.  

Yearly property tax paid to City of Lyndon provides weekly garbage and recycling service.
